I'm moving there. I feel that Blogger is not keeping up with the times, and that its functionality is very limited.

Well, trying to enjoy my remaining teenage years isn't as easy as I hoped it would be. Life is still boring and dull, and I have a feeling that I'm turning into a person who doesn't mind learning what I'm learning now. My hate for Math is Science is dwindling, though I think that my hate for Chemistry might start to rise even higher. I can't help but make this comparison, but I feel as if I'm like Bella in New Moon (second book in Twilight series) when Edward left her. Empty, bored, nothing seems to be interesting, I'm living my life for what?

So why that change? Honestly, I'm starting to get the hang of Math. So far, I've done all my Math tutorials without fail, with a few questions that I didn't know how to do. Sure, I got 0/15 for my first Math test, but I have to blame that on stupidity. Three marks lost because I didn't realise that the answer was in the bloody formula list, and another six marks lost because I forgot to write du/dx, as well as didn't realise that the next step of methodology is in the question itself.

I've always been alright with Physics. I never really hated Physics actually. A science where you can see everything happening in daily life is a science that is a lot more tolerable.

I've never really understood or liked Chemistry. The knowledge about atoms and chemicals just put me off. Funny dots with lines connected here and there, then you draw arrows from dots to more lines. It just feels so theoretical and fake. The new Chemistry teacher I have now doesn't help my feelings for Chemistry either. The way he teaches is great. Its concise, straightforward and very detailed. But he just keeps giving us all these funny odd questions that seem to be horribly "out-of-the-box". Thank goodness the questions he asks are mostly not in syllabus.

So my class and I went to the Physics introductory lecture today. It was taught by a teacher. Well yeah, duh. Well, I stated that fact because ever since that teacher joined the school last year, the school seems to have increased the amount of game design stuff. During the lecture, she showed a video of someone playing some sort of Super Mario game, and she wanted us to see how Mario could walk around and "under" a planet without falling off. Made me like what I'm studying now even more.

Worse, why does ACJC have to start game design courses only this year? Would have been a great way for me to see what people in the game industry do, and it'll also be a great addition to my portfolio. Even worse, its only available for J1s. Someone's playing a bloody sadistic joke on my life. Agony.

Don't know if I mentioned this before, but my CCA, Tech Council, is trash to me. Well, for the past one year in 2008, I did totally nothing, and learnt totally nothing. Week after week, I go there, stare into space, and surf the net. Eventually, I got pissed. I went to join Spectra this year, and honestly, the first week was rather good. My second Spectra session which ended three hours ago was rather crappy. Apparently we're supposed to hold a welcome tea for J1's next week, and the suggestions just grossed me out. Absolutely abysmal. Lets see, watch anime's and listen to Jap songs? Like WTF? Is this another joke on my life? I leave a crappy CCA to look for greener pastures, and I find a CCA with queer people? Sure, I admit, the pasture is indeed greener here, but I don't think I'll be able to tolerate a bunch of people who draw anime, watch anime, and start jumping up and down and squealing on the sight of who? Kasuke or something? I just Googled it 5 seconds ago and I'm surprised I got that spelling right. Gosh. WHY ME? /wrist. Ugh.

Well, I tell myself: all I really have to do is stick around until June, and I'll be free of this compost heap. Tech Council had better people. If I didn't have to stay back and wait for three hours before Tech Council started, I would have changed back immediately. Maybe I'll go look for another CCA again.
